A thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and bite, assessing the overall state of your oral health and identifying anything that requires attention or ongoing monitoring.
Oral Cancer Screening
A systematic check of the soft tissues inside your mouth, including the tongue, cheeks, and throat, to identify any areas that warrant further assessment.
Full Gum Assessment
An assessment of your gum health, including checking for signs of inflammation, recession, or early gum disease that may not yet be causing noticeable symptoms.
X-Rays
Dental X-rays are taken to identify decay, bone changes, and other concerns that are not visible during a visual examination alone.
Full Mouth Photos and Intraoral Scans
Clinical photos and intraoral scans provide a detailed digital record of your teeth and oral structures. These can be shared with you directly so you have a clear understanding of what your clinician is seeing.
Professional Clean and Polish
A professional clean to remove plaque and tartar buildup, followed by a polish.
Personalised Treatment Plan
At the end of the appointment, Dr Jayden will walk you through the findings and discuss a personalised treatment plan based on what was identified during your examination. There is no pressure to proceed with anything on the day — the plan is there to inform and guide your decisions at your own pace.
