Who May Be Suitable for All-on-4 Plus®?
All-on-4 Plus® may be considered for patients with multiple failing teeth, significant tooth loss, or advanced gum disease where remaining teeth are no longer restorable. Every patient’s clinical situation is different, and a thorough assessment including X-rays is carried out before any treatment is recommended. If you would like a second opinion on your options, the team at Melton Dental House welcomes new consultations.
General Anaesthesia On-Site
Melton Dental House has a dedicated General Anaesthetic facility. A team of qualified anaesthetists attends the practice two to three times a week to support surgical procedures. For patients who have experienced dental anxiety or who require more extensive treatment, being able to have surgery performed under general anaesthesia at the practice — rather than being referred to a hospital — is a significant practical advantage.
The All-on-4 Plus® Process
Once a treatment plan is confirmed and a surgery date is set, the procedure is carried out under general anaesthesia. Where required, remaining teeth are removed and implants are placed into the jawbone in the same session. A prototype set of teeth is prepared immediately following surgery. If everything is clinically confirmed, the final fixed teeth are delivered within 24 hours.
