COVID-19 Level 2 Restrictions in Melbourne Update
The government has recently announced that dentists in metropolitan Melbourne will move to ADA Level 2 dental restrictions from September 28 and to Level 1 dental restrictions from October 26. This means that we will be able to resume non-urgent procedures, including:
– Examinations and Hygiene Clean
– Fillings
– Crowns and Veneers
– Tooth Extractions
– Medical management of soft tissue presentations (such as ulcers)
– TMJD management
– Denture procedures
– Preventative procedures such as fluoride application
– Orthodontic treatment (Braces and Invisalign)
